The festival village will be host to several exciting events, clinics, activities, and entertainment. At the event headquarters, participants, their families, spectators, event staff and volunteers will gather throughout the three-day weekend. The last several years have seen visits upwards of 10,000 individuals at the headquarters. With exciting new events, increased media coverage and promotional campaigns, along with new festival organization, we hope to guarantee the festival’s growth for many years to come.

2012 Hours of Operations for Exhibitors at the Festival Center

Friday, May 25

5:00 pm-10:00 pm
Arrive no earlier then 3:00 pm, set up completed by 5:00 pm

Saturday, May 26

10:00 am-10:00 pm

Sunday, May 27

12:00 pm-6:00 pm
Breakdown begins at 6:00 pm
No early breakdowns will be allowed.
Final inspection and vacate by 6:30 pm.
