With a variety of events that run from disc golf, running, rock climbing, mountain biking and other adventure sports, the Mountain Sports Festival is an event that brings visitors, spectators and competitors to Asheville, NC from all over the country.
With a very grass roots origin, the festival is moving toward becoming one of the most recognized multi-sport mountain festivals of the southeast, and perhaps the country. With that in mind we hope to provide a better opportunity for you at each year’s festival.
The festival village will be host to several exciting events, clinics, activities, and entertainment. At the event headquarters, participants, their families, spectators, event staff and volunteers will gather throughout the three-day weekend. The last several years have seen visits upwards of 10,000 individuals at the headquarters. With exciting new events, increased media coverage and promotional campaigns, along with new festival organization, we hope to guarantee the festival’s growth for many years to come.
